In order to fullfill the demands for a fully automatic heating element butt welding process on site, heating elements for the models WIDOS 4400, WIDOS 4600, WIDOS 4900 manual types, as well as in combination with SPA 600 and CNC 3.0 control, are available which are automatically moving in and out thus enabling an automatic welding process.

Robust and simple rollerstands that are insensitive to dirt for the optimal alignment of the pipes on site and for the reduction of the movement forces.

5 different types of rollerstands with load capacities from 500 kg up to 2000 kg and hydraulic vertical adjustment are available.

Welding machine for heating element-butt welding of PE, PP and PVDF tubes and fittings, with double clamping equipment, guided by two high solid spherical liners and 2 hydraulic cylinders which can be easily dismounted for easy service, with two connection hoses and quick-action couplings. The left-hand clamping tool can be easily removed by detaching 3 screws for the welding at difficult sites (shaft, T-pieces, etc.).
