Heating element butt welding machine for pipes and fittings made of polyolefines from OD 20 up to OD 110 mm.
This machine is very handy, light and particularly suitable for making seams on site or for weldings at difficult accessible places. As a peculiarity of this machine, the two outer clamping tools can be screwed off in order to be able to weld fittings together without any problem.
The pipes or fittings can easily and quickly be clamped in a fixed and a mobile double clamping tool. The movement of the double clamping tool and application of the joining force are controlled by a handwheel. The joining force is steplessly adjustable.
The planer (230 V/400 W) is suspended in the guide shafts. It has an electrical drive and an automatic external chip removal. The heating element (230V/600 W) is anti-stick coated and has a working diameter of 140 mm, a control lamp, an on/off switch, an electronical temperature control and a connection cable with plug.
Reduction inserts to reduce the diameters are available for the following dimensions: OD 20/ OD 25/ OD 32/ OD 40/ OD 50/ OD 63/ OD 75/ OD 90 mm.
The sheet steel carrying case serves for the storage and transport of the machine and its accessories.
