Fully automatic workshop machine for the welding of pipes and fittings OD 63 mm up to 315 mm, made out of polyolefines, fluorine plastics and chlorinated plastics, with fully automatic-controlled program sequence and welding log memory on RAM or PCMCIA card.
The input of the welding parameters is possible via barcode, PCMCIA or the keyboard of the CNC unit. Interfaces for the connection of a serial printer and data transmitting on a PC for the evaluation of measurement values and diagnosis are integrated. Due to a specific arrangement, a combined pressure travel controlling is warranted.
The basic machine includes 4 double-splitted basic clamping tools OD 315, anodized aluminium clamping inserts OD 63 up to 280 mm, a barcode reading pen and a PCMCIA memory card. The left machine table can be horizontally aligned and the right machine table vertically. The planer with gear motor and chromium-plated cutter blades as well as the heating element automatically drive in and out.
The high temperature heating element (up to 530°C) with buffer for the touchless butt welding can also be used for butt welding according to DVS 2207 by means of anti-stick coated top plates.
