Heating element butt welding machine for pipes and fittings made of polyolefines from OD 90 up to 315 mm.
The appliance has one fixed and one mobile carriage with two attached steel clamping tools without diameter related inserts, two mobile bearing blocks for the pipe support and two bracing and stop angles. The clamping tools are divided in three parts for precisely centered clamping. For the welding of segmented bends, the two clamping tools are swivelling 15° each. A hydraulic device with control valve and pressure gauge is integrated for moving the carriage and generating the joining force.
The electric planer (230 V/3500 W) freely moves in the axial direction. It has a chain drive in an aluminium case and an external chip removal.
The teflon coated integrated heating element (230 V/3500 W) is thermostat contolled, equipped with control lamps, an ON/OFF switch and an extension cable with ground wire plug.
The inserts are made of six parts and have two pipe supports each. They are available for the following dimensions: OD 90/ OD 110/ OD 125/ OD 140/ OD 160/ OD 180/ OD 200/ OD 225/ OD 250/ OD 280/ OD 315.
A tubular steel support serves as base, providing the correct working height.
In order to carry the appliance to the building site two handles are available.
