Heating element butt welding machines for tubes and fittings made of polyolefine from OD 200 up to OD 630 at PN 2,5 up to PN 16. The machine has two movable carriages with two clamping elements which are built on the machine. Diameter depending reducer inserts are excluded, it has two movable pillow blocks for the tube support, two supports and a try square and it is built on a rugged welded and torsion-free steel frame. The machine carriage works with a linear prismatic guideway. The left clamping tool is movable with a threaded spindle in lateral axis to compensate diameter tolerances.
The hydraulically powered clamping elements consist of three parts, therefore an exact central clamping is ensured. The clamping hydraulically results by two control buttons in the control desk. For the production of segmented archs both clamping elements can be displaced by 2 x 22,5°.
The electric planer with three-phase motor, 3 x 380Volt/2,2KW, has a chain drive in a closed aluminium case and an automatic external chip removal. The working process of the planer is controlled within the programm as subroutine.
The heating element (380 V/10 kW) is anti-stick coated with the temperature electronically controlled and it automatically moves on and off by an interprogram.
