Fully automatic welding process resp. simultaneous embedding of both sides of the pieces on infrared basis. Pneumatic clamping tools with clamping function and / or vacuum technology for safe fixing of the filter components and welding pieces. Servo-controlled regulation of all radiation intervals without displacing the fixed limit stops. All tools with welding piece contact are made of high quality steel, the remaining components are destined for cleanroom conditions.
Entire machine casing with light barrier for the operator's safety.
