Plastic welding machine for the heating element butt welding of PE-, PP- and PVDF-pipes and fittings from OD 90 up to OD 315 mm. With electro-hydraulic adjusting device for the control and application of the welding pressure, planer with electrical chain drive in a closed aluminium housing, external chip removal, holding bracket for the heating element, adjustable timer, two transport handles, basic clamping device (without diameter depending reduction inserts) swivelling on each side up to 15° for the welding of segmented bends and fittings.
The right-hand clamping tool is axially movable for adjustment of diameter tolerances. Hydraulic unit, planer, heating element and clamping tools can be easily removed for transporting the machine even into difficult accessible rooms.
