Plastic welding machine for heating element butt welding of PE, PP and PVDF pipes and fittings from OD 90 up to OD 315 mm, based on a steel frame, with electro-hydraulic adjustment device for the control and application of the welding pressure. Planer with electric chain drive in a closed aluminium housing, with external chip removal, holding bracket for the heating element, adjustable timer, basic clamping device, each side is arranged to swivel up to 15° for segmented bends and fitting welding. The right-hand clamping device can be slided axially for the compensation of diameter tolerances.
Heating element anti-stick coated, with connection cable and plug, control lamps for interval and system checking, electronic temperature control according to DVS 2208.
Second image: By means of the conversion kit, the machine capacity can be increased to OD 450. For the fabrication of T-pieces 90°, 45°, 60° and cross-pieces, special clamping tools are available.
The machine can be supplied in manual version, with SPA recorder or with CNC control.
