Heating element butt welding machine for pipes and fittings made of polyolefines from OD 50 up to OD 160 mm.
The appliance has one fixed and one mobile carriage, one transport lever for the mobile carriage and for applying the joining force, one locking device for the joining force and two freely swivelling and locking pedestals for the pipe supports which are depending on the pipe dimensions.
The electric planer (230 V/450 W) freely moves in the axial direction. It has a press switch in the handle and an external chip removal.
The teflon coated and integrated heating element (230 V/800 W) is thermostat controlled, equipped with a control lamp, an ON/OFF switch and an extension cable with ground wire plug.
The hardened and bright nickel steel clamping tools are rapidly and easily exchangeable and equipped with a device which compensates the diameter tolerances of pipes and fittings. For a precise alignment of the pipes and fittings, the left clamping tool is variable in height and the right one in height and also laterally.
Clamping tools are available for the following dimensions: OD 50/ OD 56/ OD 63/ OD 75/ OD 90/ OD 110/ OD 125/ OD 140/ OD 160.
The transport and assembly case has compartements in the intermediate bottom which take the clamping tools. On site, it serves as machine support providing the correct working height. technical modifications.
