Fully automatic workshop welding machine for welding pipes and fittings OD 20 up to OD 63 mm made of polyolefines, fluoroplastics and chlorinated plastics with fully automatic control of the program process and welding record printer. On request the machine can be equipped with a record or label printer.
The basic machine comprises two separate, nickel plated basic clamping tools OD 63 mm with two pipe supports and nickel plated aluminium clamping inserts OD 20, 25, 32, 40 and 50 mm. The left-hand machine table can be aligned in the horizontal axis, the right-hand machine table in vertical. The planer with gear motor and chrome plated planing disks as well as the heating element automatically move in and out in the welding programm. You may choose between two types of heating elements : A convential butt welding heating element with anti-stick coating or a high temperature heating element (up to 530°C) with stops for a touchless butt welding. This heating element can also be used for butt welding with anti-stick coated adapter plates in accordance with DVS 2207.
