There are different sizes of rental machines available. The rental charges are subdivided in daily-, monthly- and quarterly charges. Rental machines are a fast and economical way to gain access to a welding machine in order to avoid stoppage on the construction site.

The maintenance of the machines is carried out according to DVS regulations. DVS recommends yearly service and maintenance of plastic welding machines by certified personnel. To avoid delay or stoppage of your project we offer the possibility of a rental machine during the time of service or maintenance.
Our rental park currently provides plastic welding machines diameter range OD 20 mm up to OD 1000 mm. Important information needed for welding are indicated in the welding tables. These tables are based on information provided by pipe manufacturers and the DVS and contain information to pipe diameter, pipe wall thickness, adapting pressure, bead height, heat-up time, changeover time, pressure build-up time, welding pressure and cooling time.
